The overall objective of the project is concentrated upon the contribution to encouragement of competitiveness and cross-border co-operation of SMEs and business support structures among Lithuanian counties of Marijampole and Kaunas and Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation.
Main estimated results of the project are very punctual and measurable and include following points:
- 4 business support organizations in Lithuanian counties of Marijampole and Kaunas and Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation strengthened.
- 1 new innovative business support infrastructure (Business Support Operation-EXT coachers) for SMEs created and tested.
- 130 SMEs coached in order to raise level of their competitiveness, entrepreneurship and cooperation.
- Knowledge on innovations and creativity of 20 SMEs’ strengthened.
- 20 companies having cross-border business capacities of competitiveness strengthened.
- 3 networks for benefits of SMEs in the regions created and tested.
- 2 groups of representatives of SMEs’ trained and coached to start and develop cross border business and cooperation.
