WHERE AND HOW TO SEND THE APPLICATIONS?

While preparing Applications please remember about following guidelines:

Applicants must apply in English (Annex A).

Information about Application Pack can be found in Section IV of the grant application form or on our website in section HOW TO APPLY

Applications must be submitted in one original and two copies in A4 size, each bound.
E-version is not required.

Applicants must verify that their application is complete using the checklist (section IV of the grant application form). Incomplete applications may be rejected.

The Annexes / documents must be supplied in originals or duly certified copies. Each page of the application form and supporting documents must be initialled. In case of photocopies or scanned versions they must be certified as a true copy by the authorised person in the Applicant's/partner's organization.

The Checklist (Section IV of the grant application form) and the Declaration by the applicant (Section V of the grant application form) must be stapled separately and enclosed in the same envelope as the rest of the application.

Where an applicant sends several different applications, each one has to be sent separately.

The outer envelope must bear the reference number and the title of the call for proposals (LPR1, Call for Proposals for the ENPI CBC Programme Lithuania-Poland-Russia 2007-2013) together with the title and number of the priority, the full name and address of the applicant, and the words "Not to be opened before the opening session" and "Proszę nie otwierać przed sesją otwarcia".

Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail, private courier service or by hand-delivery (a signed and dated certificate of receipt will be given to the deliverer) at the address below:
