TRAININGS FOR THE POLISH AND RUSSIAN BENEFICIARIES OF LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS POLAND-RUSSIA 2014-2020 IN OLSZTYN AND KALININGRAD

The Joint Technical Secretariat is pleased to inform that two Practical Trainings for the Beneficiaries of Large Infrastructure Projects (LIPs) from Poland and Russia indicated in the Joint Operational Programme (JOP) Poland-Russia 2014-2020 will take place in Olsztyn on 20th October, 2016 (Poland) and in Kaliningrad on 25th October 2016 (Russia).


The trainings will cover the practical information about the Large Infrastructure Projects such as requirements for LIPs, time schedule for their preparation and assessment procedure. Particular focus will be placed on the first and crucial part of LIPs application procedure - preparation and submission of the Project Summary.

At the trainings the Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to have individual consultations with the JTS Project Managers regarding their Project Summaries. The JTS kindly asks the Lead Beneficiaries to prepare draft of their Project Summaries for the training and bring the Project Fiches approved in Joint Operational Programme Poland-Russia 2014-2020. The training in Olsztyn is addressed to Polish Lead Beneficiaries and Polish Partner Beneficiaries and will be held in Polish. The training in Kaliningrad is addressed to Russian Lead Beneficiaries and Russian Partner Beneficiaries and will be held in Russian. 

The training is obligatory for LIPs Lead Beneficiaries and is recommended for LIPs Partner Beneficiaries. Please be informed that maximum of two representatives per organization are invited to take part in the training.

To participate in the training in Kaliningrad please fill in the registration form and send it not later than 13th October 2016 to the following e-mail address: alina.nazarenko@cpe.gov.pl

The draft agenda will be sent to the participants of the trainings.
