THE SECOND GRANT CONTRACT WITHIN THE FIRST CALL FOR PROPOSALS SIGNED

On 24 July 2012 the second grant contract on co-financing a project submitted within the first call for proposals of the Lithuania-Poland-Russia ENPI Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013 was signed by the Joint Managing Authority (Ministry of Regional Development of Poland) and co-signed by the Beneficiary of the Project - N. I. Moroz Non-governmental (Private) Institution of General Education (Kaliningrad, Russia) on 1 August 2012.

N. I. Moroz Non-governmental (Private) Institution of General Education (Russia) and its partners: Klaipeda M. Gorky basic school  (Lithuania) and  Public institution of professional supplementary education ‘Kaliningrad Institute for Educational Development’ ( Russia) will be implementing the project, titled “Creating the system of health saving support in schoolchildren in the Kaliningrad region and Klaipeda district” ,  which will be granted co-financing of 200 000,01 EURO.
The overall objective is to create the system of health saving support of schoolchildren by establishing an international education and health centre, which will accumulate, test and disseminate innovative experience in health saving of schoolchildren among neighbouring countries and Russian regions.
The main project results to be achieved during project implementation are the following:
• Creating the system of health saving support in schoolchildren in the Kaliningrad region and Klaipeda district;
• Improving pedagogical knowledge of developmental psychology and physiology and acquirement of the ability to apply this knowledge in practice;
• Improving health of the pupils of the partner educational organizations through reducing health risks which occur during educational process.

During the implementation of the project among other the following activities will be  implemented:

• Creating “Intellectual Contribution to the Advanced Study of Health Saving Techniques and Their Application as a Means of Achieving Positive Changes at School” pedagogical council;
• Organizing “Improving Quality of Education by Reducing Side Effects Caused by Intellectual and Emotional Work of Schoolchildren” workshops;
• Organizing “Interpersonal Communication between Teachers and Pupils: Problems and Solutions a teacher and psychologist council”;
• Conducting round table discussions on Innovative Pedagogical   Knowledge”;
• Conducting “Efficiency of Differential Techniques in Class Based on Teaching According to a Temperament Type” Collegium;
• Organizing “I am Healthy, I am Successful”  International children forum.
